Delayed Off Light Switch
This the circuit delays light switch for AC line 220V Lamp. It can turn on -off lamp get with Sw OFF and SW ON. Besides can delay Off lamp get about 5 minute. By the circuit within use digital CMOS IC and Triac for control AC lamp replace Relay make this circuit has small-sized and good convenient have no something speak of Switch relay.

This is an unusual design in that it uses plain metal gate CMOS logic instead of the usual PIC or a custom chip. The 22uF capacitor charges up during one half of the ac cycle, and supplies trigger current to the triac on both halves.

This timer was designed for people wanting to get tanned but at the same time wishing to avoid an excessive exposure to sunlight. A Rotary Switch sets the timer according to six classified Photo-types (see table). A Photo resistor extends the preset time value according to sunlight brightness (see table). When preset time ends, the beeper emits an intermittent signal and, to stop it, a complete switch-off of the circuit via SW2 is necessary.

In Car lights delay
This circuit switch slowly on and off the internal lights in a car. The delaying time can be adjusted changing the values of the 10k, 4M7 resistors and capacitor.
The BUZ74 can handle voltages of 500V, but you can use any power Mosfet transistor that can handle more than 50V.
