Touch Switch using digital IC

If friends seek touch switch Circuit model to be simple. I begs for to advise this circuit, use integrated digital circuit number IC CD4001 perform be Schmitt Trigger , and the integrated circuit IC 4020 perform be two divider circuit. It is control electric appliances work with Relay by when we touch at the sensor point for the first time On,when press for the second time will Off Relay. For other equipment nothing is a lot of request friends , see in the circuit better.

Digital signal controls sine generator

The circuit of Figure 1 produces an accurate, variable-frequency sine wave for use as a general-purpose reference signal. It includes an eighth-order elliptic, switched-capacitor lowpass filter, IC3, which uses a 100-kHz square-wave clock signal that microcontroller IC2 generates. (Any other convenient square-wave source is also acceptable.) The microcontroller receives its clock signal from a 10-MHz oscillator module. A voltage supervisor, IC1, ensures correct operation in the event of a power failure.

CMOS 4013 Switch

The voltage generated by a piezo transducer can activate a digital circuit. One may build a simple demonstration switch from a piezo transducer and a 4013 D type flip flop (see Figure 12). Each time the piezo film is hit, it triggers the 4013 turning the LED on and off on alternate triggers. While this circuit works , it is unreliable, due to the waveform of the generated piezo pulse signal. To a digital circuit, a piezo-electric pulse will resemble a switch bounce with decay (see Figure 2).
