MCU system Controller 12V DC Motor Speed and Direction using IRF150
This be power motor controller 12V circuit. with a signal MCU Control be high class voltage , about 3V. It can motor control turn advance or walk go backwards all right. By use power mosfet number IRF150 use apply to 100W small stump size hills. The relay 12V 2 contract , for change electronic pole gives motor. By feed a signal Reverse Rotation change a B pins of 2N3904 give it works to give the electric current to the coil relay. This circuit uses voltage 12V at current about 10A. The C1-4700uF help increase efficiency of the circuit while , feed the fire gives motor during first. The D2 use protect the electric current pulls sharply from motor harm with mosfet Q1-IRF150 get. PWM D.C. motor drive Low loss speed control By 4093
This circuit is a very compact switching regulator for small DC motors. I use it for my small printed circuit board drill
(18 Volt, 1.5 Amp), but it is suitable for many other applications (e.g. 12V DC halogen dimmer).
Circuit description
R1, R2, C1, D1, D2 and CD4093 schmitt trigger IC1B build a 1kHz oscillator with adjustable duty cycle.
The output of the oscillator passes through buffer IC1B/C/D which drives power mosfet T1.
When T1 is switched on, a current will flow from the +Vmotor supply via the motor and T1.
When T1 is switched off, the motor current is interrupted; because the motor acts as an inductor,
it will try to maintain its current, which can flow through freewheel diode D3.
The avarage current through the motor depends on the duty cycle of the oscillator.
The circuit losses are very low, for my 1.5 Amp drill, no heatsink is required for T1.

Simple DC Motor Control
circuit was built to operate a small motor used for opening and closing a pair of curtains. As an advantage over automatic closing and opening systems, you have control of how much, or how little light to let into a room.
The four diodes surriunding the motor, are back EMF diodes. They are chosen to suit the motor. For a 12V motor drawing 1amp under load, I use 1N4001 diodes.
