DC power supply 5V and 12V using 2N3055-LM309

This be DC power supply regulator circuit be simple. That can give voltage come out 12V and 5V by use part base be Transistor 2N3055 and Zener Diode 12V. Make can take volt can reach about 15V maintain one’s position voltage be stable 12V well. And change the integrated circuit LM309 for regulate about 5V for apply to Digital Circuit general get. For C3-0.1uF filter the frequency disturbs all well. For other detail friends see in the circuit please sir.

5 Volt Linear power supply regulator using 2N3055

This is 5 Volt Linear power supply regulator circuit. It uses electronics part that seek easily have no zener diode , and the integrated circuit use Transistor 2N3055 and other. Which seek easily use diode perform heal voltage be stable. By diode 1N914 number uses 1N4148 number can replace. For Transistor 2N3417 use the number BD139 equiv get. If use Transformer 1-2A circuit be this size give current get about 1 Amp. Friends may don’t be bored with line this circuit. I thinks it may advantage seek part easy and economize good yes.

12V to 5V 3A DC converter step down Regulator

Today I has 12V to 5V 3A DC converter step down Regulator circuit come to deposit. In sometimes friends have power supply 12V 3A , but want Voltage 5V 3A for digital Circuit. This circuit can meet the demand of friends get , by it uses normal electronic part and have 7805 integrated circuits perform to control Voltage 5V Regulate alone it gives current get just 1A. then must have an assistant is transistor MJ2955 perform enlarge current tallly go up be 3A besides. When be born over load or shot circuit as a result still have LED1 bright warn with. And still make Q2 – BD140 work cause Q3 – MJ2955 stop work with. The circuit then safe have no a problem friends may like this circuit. Because the equipment seeks easy , build not difficult too yes.
