MCU system Controller 12V DC Motor Speed and Direction using IRF150

This be power motor controller 12V circuit. with a signal MCU Control be high class voltage , about 3V. It can motor control turn advance or walk go backwards all right. By use power mosfet number IRF150 use apply to 100W small stump size hills. The relay 12V 2 contract , for change electronic pole gives motor. By feed a signal Reverse Rotation change a B pins of 2N3904 give it works to give the electric current to the coil relay. This circuit uses voltage 12V at current about 10A. The C1-4700uF help increase efficiency of the circuit while , feed the fire gives motor during first. The D2 use protect the electric current pulls sharply from motor harm with mosfet Q1-IRF150 get. PWM 12V DC motor speed regulator

Reverse engineered circuit diagram of a PWM motor speed regulator out of an oral irrigator water pump. This circuit works quite well, keeping the speed of the small PM motor fairly constant regardless of load. No transistor heatsink is required since this is a switching regulator. The efficiency under high load would be a improved if the output transistor was made to switch faster. That could likely be accomplished by using a FET in place of the bipolar and then adding a mild positive feedback path to the upper comparator.

12V DC motor for Cassette tape speed control

Reverse engineered circuit diagram of a motor speed regulator out of a line powered Cassette dictation machine containing a single heafty motor for all functions. This circuit works amazingly well, keeping the motor speed constant regardless of shaft load.
Unmarked didoe are silicon so use 1N4148. This circuit works just as well at only 12VDC. Resisror are 1/4W CF 5% except as noted. It’s ok to use 2.0ohm resistor in place of choke. Motor power draw under different loading is:
-52mA at 4.2V under zero load freerunning.
-120mA at 4.5V under normal regulated load.
-250mA at 5.6V under normal maxiumun load.
-1.4A at 11V with shaft frozen & motor stalled.
